Nature Explore Trek Pvt. Ltd is an Incorporated Company under the Laws of the Nepal Government and accepts your booking under the following terms and conditions. Before you confirm the trip through our organization Trekkers, Climbers and adventure lovers should know the following Terms and Conditions of Nature Explore Trek and we suggest you read them carefully.
PAYMENT POLICY
The trip price is only quoted in US Dollars. The payment can be made in ‘hard currency at the current published rate of US dollars, the payment can be made in US Dollars in Cash. Payment can also be made by credit card for residents only. Credit Card payment will be subject to 4% bank charge fee. A deposit payment of 20 % of the trip cost will confirm your listing in the group or your individual trip. The full payment or payment of the final balance will ensure confirmation of your trip. Full receipt will be provided on payment of full amount by Nature Explore Trek.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT:
In case of cancellation, the 95% deposit paid is refundable only when notice of cancellation is clearly given and recorded by the agent or group organizer or directly with NATURE EXPLORE TREK within 30 full days prior to the first departure from Kathmandu.
Cancellation after 15 Days only 40% will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days before Trip date NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
CANCELLATION BY AGENT
Nature Explore Trek reserves the right to cancel any trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case, we will give FULL REFUND in local currency at the current rate against the currency you paid.
TRIP CANCELLATION BEYOND OUR CONTROL
While the trip is in progress, you have to understand that your itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of Nature Explore Trek In such event; you have to accept that Nature Explore Trek full discretion. In such event, you don’t hold Nature Explore Trek liable in any way to refund money.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Nature Explore Trek would like to highly recommend all clients to take comprehensive travel insurance from your country of origin before you start your trip. Ensure the insurance is valid for your entire duration of trip and is applicable to the places or country you visiting. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, hospitalization, and trip cancellation, loss of belongings and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc.
FLIGHT DELAY AND CANCELLATION.
Flight delays and cancellation are often during bad weather condition in remote areas particularly in Kathmandu – Lhasa (Tibet) and Everest region, Annapurna region, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region etc. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra funds to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Nature Explore Trek will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses.
