This trek package around the Annapurna region has spectacular views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. You will ascend through hamlets and pristine forests to the alpine height of Khobra Ridge.

There lay magnificent Dhaulagiri Mountain plunging to the deepest gorge in the world, Kali Gandaki. We will trek to Khobra Ridge beneath the incredible Annapurna South (7219m, 23684ft) and Bharha Shikha (Annapurna Fang, 7647 meters, 25,089 feet), and where ancient pilgrim trails lead to the sacred waters of Khaire Lake.

We will advance covering cultural and traditional aspects of Magar, Gurung and Chettri communities and stay in community lodge.

Itinerary

Our journey is maintained focusing Total Days of trip, distance, geography, and individual capable efforts. We will hike 4-8 hours per day. Each day hike is balanced with scheduled breakfast, launch, and dinner in pre destined hotel, Guest House, camp and locality.

Day 1

Arrive at Kathmandu

You will be received at the Tribhuvan International Airport by one of our staff member and driven to your hotel room where your assigned guide will brief you regarding following programs.

Day 2

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Along the bus stop for Lunch break and few times for toilet as well.

An afternoon you can visit around lake side and Fewa lake before Dinner.

Day 3

Drive to Nayapool and then trek to Ghandruk

5-6 hour Altitude 1940m At guest house

Initially it will start off with an easy 2 hours walking and then it will turn a little steep for 3 hours while on the way to Ghandruk.  Once we reach Ghandruk you can enjoy magnificent views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre.  And if interested you can also explore the Ghandruk village.

Day 4

Trek to Tadapani

This day will have you trekking through the forest mainly ascending except for the last 30 mints which will be easy walk end of the day.

Day 5

Trek to Dobato

5-6 hours Altitude 3460m At guest house

This will be another day of easy ascending through the forest. As well from here you will see a magnificent view of Annapurna south and Mt. Dhaulagri mounts range in morning with sun rise and evening in sun set time. This is most beautiful place on this trek. This place provide you very strengthen view of  different landscape and villages in lower lyres of Annapurna mountains.

Day 6

Trek to Chistibang

4 hours Altitude 3100m At guest house

It’s very short day walk today, The first 3 to 4 hours will mainly be descending and the later 1 hour will require you to ascend through the forest to Chistibang.

Day 7

Trek to Kobra Ridge

3-4 hours Altitude 3620m At guest house

Another easy day today after breakfast you will start your day, mostly you will be ascending to Khobra dada about 3 / 4 hours slowly through the forest, once you reach at the top of valley you will see a magnificent view of Annapurna south and Mt. Dhaulagiri mountains ranges from very close distance in sunset and sunrise both time, this place is one of the most amazing place for spend few nights.

Day 8

Trek to Khyaer lake and trek back to Kobra Ridge

Trek to Swata

Its easy short day  descending  through the forest, after lunch  here you can visit the local village , school ,  museum before dinner

Day 10

Trek to Ghorepani

4 hours Ghorepani, altitude 2800m At guest house

In start little down and uphill to Ghorepani. Again you will see nice view of both mountain regions.

Day 11

Morning sunrise view at Poon hill and then trek back to Hille

6-7 hour Poon hill, altitude 3210m At guest house

Today you will  hike  early morning  to  Poon hill view point for  sunrise view , you will see again panoramic view with sunrise of whole Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains ranges,  then back to tea house  for breakfast , packing and  you will continue  trek down 3 to 4 hours to Hile,  .

Trek from Hille to Nayapool and then drive to Pokhara

Yes, we assist in all domestic flights, international flights, hotel bookings and other services. However, we recommend you to arrange international flights from your native country.
You cannot get insurance in Nepal. The insurance conditions for joining any of our tours includes protection against comprehensive investments that are likely to occur such as medical issues or accident that can include air ambulance and treatment costs. We do not arrange or sell insurance. Travel insurance assures your trip relaxation. Sickness, injury, emergency treatment and evacuation are important subject and matter in expeditions. Therefore, we highly recommend having travel insurance especially when you sign for the Himalayan glacier. Also, be careful when choosing insurance policy as some are special exceptions for adventure. Before taking insurance be sure that company has good knowledge of High Gran Tourism' (HGT) adventure itinerary you are going to carry out and is to your liking to cover all activities being undertaken in the tour. For like to cover emergency air ambulance rescue including medical costs if you are planning expedition in the Himalayas. You have to send your insurance certificate to us or you can carry with you when you come on the tour.
Indeed foods and water are hygienic in the lodges, camp, and hotels. We provide only hygienic foods prepared on lodges. Our team has a cook to assist you fresh and hygienic food on the trek and hike. Further, to assure ourselves we check goods and ingredients before preparing in the kitchen. Most of the local teahouse has simply trained but experienced cook. However, if you prefer well trained and 5-star class cook then we can arrange accordingly with additional cost. You will be provided boiled water or sealed water bottles in the lodges. You can also purify the water with tablets. On HGT’s camp, we will have technically and practically well trained and experienced guides, cook, kitchen staffs and porters. Varieties of food will be prepared which are hygienic and full of ingredients.
You can have both warm and light clothes of comfortable and casual styles as Nepal has a wide range of climates. Warm woolen clothes are required in mountain areas and cotton cloths in lower altitudes. You can even buy clothes in Nepal and we will assist you in what types of clothes to purchase.
Yes, we have ATM facilities mainly in cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Dharan and Butwal and other major as well in developed cities and community. In Nepal VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express are popularly accepted cards, both Debit and Credit cards are accepted.

Nepal’s festivals are full of joyous. Kathmandu valley rich in Newari heritages and cultures celebrates festivals almost every day in a year. Other parts of the country also have their own fanfare. One can check Nepali Calendar for major festivals details and accord tour and visits accordingly. Nepal is a complete garden of multi-culture, multi-language and vibrant multi-festive.
