Regardless of the Himalayan land of the Khumbu, people of all demographics can complete the EBC or Everest Base Camp Trek. It has received a moderate trip grade though; you shouldn’t have to be experienced in trekking in order to take this trek route.
As Khumbu’s scenery consists of hills and flat-lands, you will mostly do up-hill and down-hill trekking in moderately flat-lands. This will provide you with plenty of adaptation time.
