Your backpack should contain appropriate clothing according to the weather, high-quality of sleeping bag and trekking shoes as the foundation of your gear. Additionally ,including first aid kit, water purification tablets and navigation tools is crucial for trekking in remote areas.
As per some gear it might seem like a lot to bring from your hometown or if you don’t find the gear then you don’t have to worry about such things as you can buy or rent the gear in Kathmandu, especially around the Kathmandu valley. Packing the backpack depends upon the various factors, including the trekking area, duration, season and personal requirements.
