Day 02 Drive to Pokhara by tourist bus , 6-7 hours (Alt.740m)
Early in the morning you will be driven to Pokhara via the Prithivi highway to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Generally it is a 6 to 7 hour drive. If traffic is one way it can be a few hours more than usual. You will drive through the scenic landscapes , Hills, and a good view of Trisuli river where adventure a day rafting activities start. In the afternoon you will reach Pokhara and you have free time to explore around the markets before heading to Ghorepani Poon Hill trek.

Day 03 Drive from Pokhara to Nayapool - Thike dunga and trek to Ulleri. 5 -6 hours. (1900m)
After breakfast you will start the day with a scenic drive to Thikhe dunga for about 3 hours. And basically you will start to walk from here. At the beginning of the walk you will cross the suspension bridge and trek through the steep stone stairs to Ulleri through the local villages. You will trek 2 to 3 hours to Ulleri where we stop on our first day with a short and easy day. If the weather stays clear until you reach Ulleri you will have a great view of South annapurna and Himal chuli. Otherwise you have to wait another day. Ullier is a nice little Magar and Gurung people town with a scenic view of beautiful hills and mountains. Overnight at a tea house in Ulleri.

Day 04 Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani 3- 4 hours (Alt. 2800m)
After a warm breakfast at the lodge you will start your day. This morning if the weather is clear you will have a beautiful sunrise view over the South Annapurna , Himal Chuli and Fishtail . Today you will trek to Ghorepani mostly ascending 3 to 4 hours . first warmup with stone stairs ascending to Banthati 1. 5 hours where you can take a good commercial break with warm himalayan tea. Continue trek through the jungle to Ghorepani through the Nangethati another few more hours gradual ascending through the rhododendron, pine and bamboo trees and you will also cross a few small rivers and waterfalls.once you reach Ghorepani you can see beautiful view to the Mt. Dhaulagiri , Nilgiri, South Annapurna , Himal Chuli ,if the weather stays clear until you reach there. After lunch you will have free time and in the afternoon if you want to hike Poon Hill viewpoints for sunset view you can hike. But it all depends on the weather conditions, unless there is clear weather and then you will have to wait another day. Overnight at Ghorepani

Day 05 Early Morning hike to poonHill viewpoint (3210m) , and trek to Tadapani. 6-7 hours.
Today, early in the morning before sun breaks down you will hike to Poon Hill viewpoint ascending through the stone stairs , rhododendron and Bamboo trees about 45 minutes to one hrs to get on the top of the viewpoint. Once you reach the Poon hill viewpoints (Alt.3210m ) you will have a magnificent view over the Annapurna south (Alt.7210m) ,Mt. Dhaulagiri range (Alt.8167m), Mt. Tukuche Peak( 6930m), Mt. Nilgiri (Alt.6950m) , Himal Chuli (Alt.6430m), Annapurna I (8091m), and mt.Fishtail (Alt.6993m) include 100s of beautiful peaks. Poon hill is the best viewpoint to catch a great sunrise view over the himalayas.
After exploring the amazing view you will return (30 minutes) to our lodge for a hearty breakfast and you will start a pleasant walk through the rhododendron, Bamboo oke groves to the reach Deurali (2950m) after a 2 hours walk.and descend to Banthati (2600m) where you will stop for lunch and two continue trek to tadapani ups and down one and half hours. Tadapani is a nice village. From here you will have a great view of South annapurna ,Himal chuli and Fishtail. Overnight at Tadapani.

Day 06 Trek from Tadapani to Jhinu dada ,Hot spring). 4 - 5 hours (Alt.1700m)
Another beautiful day starts with a sunrise view over the South annapurna , Himal Chuli and Fishtail. After a warm breakfast we trek today from tadapani to Jhinu hot spring for about 4 -5 hours. First warm up with the long descent to themodi river through the beautiful landscapes and hills, old villages and traces. After crossing the suspension bridge to get to the other side of hills to the Larjung gurung village you have a short ascend and gradual flat to the lunch place. Continuing an hour and half gradually ascends and an easy flat walk to beautiful Chhomrong village (Alt.2300m) before the final one more hour descend to Jhinu dada. After refreshment at lodge you will walk down to the mardi river to take a natural hot bath 10 to 15 minutes from the lodge and return to lodge the same 20 to 25 minutes. It is a natural hot spring on the bank of the Modi river.Traditionally it is believed that if you are suffering from a joint problem and take a bath in natural hot water, then it will help to ease the pain and definitely you will have good relief on your buddy after the long walk. After talking at both you will return to the lodge for dinner. Today is the last day of this trek, you may like to join the dinner and drinks with your guide and porter.

Day 07 Drive back to Pokhara, ( 3 hours) by Jeep or bus (Alt.740m)
After breakfast, take a short walk to the other side of the river crossing through the long suspension bridge and take a jeep drive back to Pokhara about 3 hours through the beautiful scenery and local villages. Once you reach Pokhara your trek ends here. Afternoon you will have free time to explore the pokhara.
If you plan to stay more days in Pokhara, visit Chitwan , Lumbini or any other activities you would like to do after the trek during your stay in Nepal, we are happy to help you at any additional cost.

Day 08 Drive or fly back to Kathmandu (Drive time 6 -7 hours and flight duration 25 minutes)
Early in the morning you will drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus. Roughly it takes 6-7 hours along the way if traffic or some unpredictable issues come it might take a few more hours.
If you want to hide the long bus drive and then alternatively you can take a short and scenic flight to Kathmandu from Pokhara at an additional cost.

Throughout the trek ,the availability of accommodation facilities varies.In upper region ,there are fewer tea houses.However in Ghorepani poonhill trek ,the accommodation facilities are quite cozy The teahouses or guest house offers a nice room .Most of these rooms have twin beds,and a few of them even come with attached bathroom .as some tea house has been upgraded ,including facilities like flush toilet,war water and wifi but as you ascend to higher altitudes,the availability of such facility may not be consistent.
Food
As this trek is in Annapurna region for food the teahouse delivers the fresh vegetables which they produced on their own land so,the food tastes more delicious and is more healthy.Almost every teahouse grows their own vegetables and serves them.
Since breakfast is the first meal of the day so,it has to be both nourishing and healthy in order to build the energy for walking .Break fast includes a wide range of food such as bread,chapati,egg,soup,noodles cereals
For lunch we recommend you to have the dal-bhat .Dal-bhat is that mandatory type of food in Nepal which is made for lunch in every teahouses and .it provides the energy needed for walking and keeping you feeling full for longer period.however you have many option for lunch which are noodles,pasta,macaroni,momo,pizza,hamburger and many more.
After a challenging day of walking ,dinner is provided at the tea houses along the trek .The tea houses along the path provides the similar dishes for lunch and dinner .People in nepal eat dal-bhat for lunch and dinner .whereas it’s our option to choose what you want to eat and teahouses offer the a variety of food choices,including Nepalese ,Indian,Continental cuisines .Not only the food but teahouses offers wide ranges of drinks and,desserts and beverages.

Transportation:
Our team will pick you up in from the airport on the jeep or car ,depends upon the group size and for the trek you can choose if you want to reach pokhara by taking flight from kathmandu or by taking the public bus/jeep as per the itinerary and if you want to hire the private means jeep/bus then it might cost you slightly more but it is more comfortable. Once you reach Pokhara then we will drive up to Thikhe dunga after that we will start our hike .And for the departure we will escort you to the airport through jeep/car.
