Mr. Santosh who was born in eastern Nepal’s hilly region in Okhaldhunga district. He started his tourism carrier as a porter and continue promoted to high altitude adventure cook. He is not only the works as a cook but he works as assistant guide and porter guide as well.
Santosh has been almost all northern part of Nepal like, Kanchanjunga, Makalu, Everest, Langtang, Manaslu, Annapurna, Mustang, Dolpa, and Far wast Nepal, and showed his cooking skill very well. Also, he has been those places as a porter guide. He is familiar with Nepali, American, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. Santosh also has done “Great Himalayan Trail” in 2019 with some of our other field staffs and finished the total distance of approximately 1800m in 130 days.
