Everest base camp trekking Outline itinerary
Day 01: early morning fly to (Lukla Alt 2860m) (trek to Phakging , 30 minutes flight 3 hours .
Day 02: Trek to Namche bazzar (5 to 6 hours) ,3400m.
Day 03: rest and acclimatization day (hike up to Everest view hotel (Everest view height 3800m) for strengthen view of whole Mount Everest region.
Day 04: trek to Tenbuche 4 to 5 hours (3800m)
Day 05: trek to Dingbuche 5 to 6 hours (4410m)
Day 06: Rest day (hike to nagarjung hill (3 to 4 hours) Alt. 5500m
Day 07: trek to Lobuche 4 to5 hours (4900m)
Day 08: trek to Everest base camp (Alt 5364m) via gorekshep (alt5100m) and trek back to Gorekshep for overnight stay. (9 to 10 hours)
Day 09: early morning hike to kalapather view point (Alt. 5550m) and trek back to Pheriche 8 to 9 hours.
Day 10: trek back to Namche bazzar via tenbuche monastery 6 to 7 hours (3400m)
Day 11: trek back to Lukla 6 to 7 hours (2860m) this is your last day of walk in Everest base camp trek.
Day 12: fly back to Kathmandu, 30 minutes (1300m)
Gokyo lake Trek :
Gokyo lakes is situated in Everest region rear by mount choyu glacier , gokyo valley altitude 4700m It’s beautiful trekking routs in Nepal an Everest region. Gokyo ri view point (Alt 5360m) is one popular view point in Everest region, its stand in between Mount Chyou Alt 8210m and renjola pass 5360m. From top of gokyo –ri you can see many Himalayas peaks includes four above 8 thousand miter high mountains like mount Everest, Alt. 8848m, Mt. Lhotse 8516 m. Mt. Choyu 8210 m. and Mt. Tengbuche monastery is (alt. 3800m) from sea level. Its situated in mount Everest region near namche bazzar, it’s one of the oldest monastery in this area, many monks living here and every day after 4pm they do the big puja , in the winter here is very cold then all monks and locals from this region they go down for hide the cold and snow, then in spring they go back to again in regular duty.
